Ruger shades former Boss, D’Prince and Label , Jonzing World



Nigerian singer, Michael Olayinka Adebayo popularly known as Ruger, who recently parted ways with his former record label, Jonzing World, has responded to a fan’s jab about his post-label music career.

A fan, efekoga, took to his X account today, Friday, June 7, 2024, to reply Ruger in a post

He posted : “No Hit since you left jonzing,” suggesting that Ruger,  had not released any successful songs since leaving the label.

Ruger quickly fired back, “no hit for Jonzing since I left Jonzing,” implying that the label had not had any success since his departure. This response is the latest in a series of public display of feuds at his former label and boss D’PRINCE, which he has accused of exploiting him and using his funds to support new artiste.

D’Prince, announced Ruger’s departure on February 6, 2024, and has been followed by a public feud between the two parties. The singer has been vocal about his dissatisfaction with his contract and treatment during his time at the label.
