Fancy Acholonu, ex-fiancée of actor Alex Ekubo, opens up on their breakup
Nigerian Us-Based model,Fancy Acholonu shocked her fans around the world when she called off her engagement with popular Actor, Alexx Ekubo on Instagram on August 21, 2021. It all began when Fancy deleted all photos of Alexx on his Instagram page and their Joint IG account was also removed.
Fancy said; “It is important that everyone finds their happiness and live in their truth.”
The statement sparked reactions from social media users who speculated that the relationship ended because of gay rumours about Alexx.
Fancy took to her Instagram to released a statement on Friday, She said that although she felt betrayed by Alexx Ekubo, her words were misinterpreted.
Fancy went on to write – “living in one’s truth is to live as your most authentic self, to live by what you preach.”
She also pleaded with her family and friends to forgive Alexx, noting that he has apologized to her and they are in a good place.
Fancy went on to say, She will not reveal the reason why their relationship ended because he has already begged for forgiveness.
Fancy and Alexx Ekubo got engaged in Los Angeles, United States of America. They announced that their wedding ceremony would take place in November 2021.
