Ex NFF BOSS Amaju Pinnick in a video calls out singer Davido for refusing to perform at the 19th edition of Warri Again despite getting paid an excess of $94,600.
The former President of the NFF and member of the Organizing Committee for FIFA expressed his disappointment in the Superstars absence at the event which held on Friday, 6th of October.
According to Amaju the former NFF boss. He paid Davido, the sum of $94,600 for his performance at the event and a chartered plane was arranged to convey him and his team to the state. He added that the payment has been made since April 6th, 2023.
Davido who was intended to be the headline act was later replaced with Elon Musk singer Shallipopi.
Amaju Pinnick while speaking to the audience members expressed his utmost displeasure toward Davido while adding that the “Unvailable” singer won’t be allowed to perform again in Warri.
He went further to state that Davido is being proud as he asserts that Burnaboy is a bigger artiste than the Chef Chi’s husband.
