The last edition of Christmas Carol in Akwa Ibom was handled by the former governor of Akwa Ibom State, Mr. Udom Emmanuel where different gospel artiste were awarded with cash prizes for their contribution in magnifying the gospel and also those who worked tirelessly to see the growth of AKS Christmas Carol, such artiste include; Mr Aniekpeno Tom Mkpanag and Gospel singer Nathaniel Bassey.

The honorable commissioner of culture and tourism, Sir Charles Udoh has rolled out name of Gospel artiste to perform at the 2023 Christmas Carol in Akwa Ibom State.
